John has been in love with wine and food from the beginning. His other love is golf hence he is not open for Lunch. Just to let you know, we were formerly known as "Wine and Roses", and the same awesome team have joined John. Martina Lutz (former owner) wishes all of you faithful customers, many pleasant future evening here. John has an illustrious career in the Hospitality industry. Having opened and been involved with such fine places as Porterhouse Blue, Blot on the Landscape, Winebox Cafe, Betelgeuse Takapuna, de Bortoli Restaurant, Merlot Cafe, The Wine Loft, Number 5 Restaurant, Vinnies, and Most recently Prohibition Restaurant. John Ingle was Sommelier of the Year 2005, Lewisham Awards 2005. Also currently part of Australian Wine Options team and part of that Championship team that won the First Glass Wine Options completion in 2006 and 2008 and runners up last year.
